Artemis Industries felt there was a void to be filled in the ultralight aircraft category, which prompted the firm to create the Nightglider. Despite other ultralights being on the market, the Nightglider's non-reflective mesh skin, silent electric engine and marketing campaign made it a moderately popular craft. The Nightglider has a deceptively large cargo area for a craft its size and is capable of carrying 200 kg.
