Rewiring Vehicle Termination Chip

Most vehicles are hooked up to a Vehicle Termination Chip, which depending on the abilities and the programming of the vehicle will respond to a certain code send to it in various ways. Ranging from simply locking in the passengers of a vehicle and securely stopping the vehicle up to locking the passengers in and driving to the next police station.
This is clearly not in the interest of all kinds of criminals, including shadowrunners. Some people prefer not to fully discard of the option to be able to catch anyone foolish enough to steal their ride. These people often rewire the Vehicle Termination Chip to be triggered by their own means.

This requires a Computer(Programming) (6) Test to remove the old code that shuts down the Vehicle and adding new wiring that requires a Electronics B/R (5) Test to connect to the new trigger wiring that shuts down the Vehicle.
Base time is 30 Minutes.
