Bulwark is armor for ships and other heavy vehicles that have Hull ratings instead of Body ratings. It is not available to normal vehicles that have no Hull rating. Bulwark functions in the same manner as standard vehicle armor, except on a larger scale. Each point of Bulwark reduces the Power of naval damage codes by 1 and negates the attack if the Power is less than the Bulwark rating. Every additional 6 points of Bulwark increases the vessel's Handling by +1.
