| The channels to get signed up for the tournament run through the trix Shadowlands. Initially there is no location given. A day later Anjali gets a text from the organizer stating that this evening he would have to fight. A picture of the opponent is given— a rather ugly looking ork with golden tusks. The location is prompted on a mapsoft with a time. If the blip on the map is correct, it is on a street in South Sunrise.
Anjali had been at home when she had recieved the message about her opponent. Reacting immediately, she had headed toward her bedroom and made her way to her closet, pushing the sliding doors wide open before she steps inside and reaches over to grasp one of her secure jackets that appears to be an ordinary hoodie that had been hanging from the rack before she very quickly puts it on as she begins to leave the room in a hurry. She immediately makes her way toward the door that leads downstairs, toward the shop area of her building as she essentially makes her way outside. As she approaches her car outside, she immediately pulls the door open and takes her seat inside as she slots her key into the ignition as she activates the motor and simultaneously closes the door behind herself before she begins to pull away and head toward the designated street in South Sunrise.
As you drive up to the scene through the frayed urban landscane, it is what you might expect from a contested Warrens street. It teems with people with a sense of danger that is in the air. Some places are more concentrated than others. One particular density of fallen humanity focuses on a point in the street and creates a cell-like membrane around it. The people there are loud, screaming various obscenity towards the center of this circle.
Anjali begins to essentially pull up to the crowd, a rather small distance away before she rather slowly pulls over and brings her car to a stop; a rather small frown forming onto her face as she turns her head and begins to look around herself. She moves her hand over to deactivate the vehicle's motor before she pops her door open and rather slowly steps out of the car and closes the door behind herself as she pushes a button on her key to activate the standard security systems of it before moving it over and sliding it down into the tiny front pockets of her pants as she begins to casually approach the crowd without a word, as if she were sure that this was her destination.
As far as destinations go, this does appear to be where the fight is meant to be. It is difficult to see anything in the crowd of people massed together like sheeple, though.
Kelris is in the crowd, waiting for the fight to start, keeping quiet, with his arms crossed. His hair is down around his face, though it's not hiding-, and not meant to hide his cheek, entirely covered by a dark purple bruise.
Smoke pulls up on his bike at a distance and when the betting begins he wires a bet of 5k but stays outside the ring of people just listening to the shouts. He sits on his bike and lights a cigarette, watching people's faces.
Slide has heard about the fight, heck, they didnt even change venues. He mingles with the crowd, hoping to get a good look at his competition for later, he might even look around to place a bet or two.
Smoke makes sure the bet was on Anjali. Laughing to himself.
Anjali shifts her eyes to scan over the crowd before she stops approaching near the very edge of it for a moment before her frown begins to steepen quite a bit, as if she were possibly bothered by the size of it. After a rather short moment, she rather rudely begins to make an attempt to squeeze past the people and head toward the center of the massive circle to make her presence known to her opponent, and possibly the people who are betting on her, as opposed to the ugly golden-tusked guy.
The attempt to penetrate the cell wall of the group of degenerates is successful. After sifting through the people, the open center is seen for what it is. Currently a single ork, tusks golden, yells at the people here. They yell back. Its like most sporting events, only with more blood and less beer.
Slide looks around for someone to take a bet, and puts 5k down on the obscenly strong looking woman, cause women are never to be trusted, and more than likely this girl will cheat and win, its an easy bet in his mind.
Kelris, as well, fishes out his pocsec to lay down a 5k bet on the woman, once he sees her face. Seems a sure thing to him, seeing as how if it was set up that he were to fight her, he'd ask for a gun to make it an even bout. He keeps eye on the piece of equipment to make sure the bet is processed, though he watches the situation in front of him intently.
Smoke nods to himself, watching his pocsec screen and waiting for the bet to process. He looks at the sky and listens to the crowd, waiting for it to begin. He takes a drag on his cigarette and smiles.
Anjali essentially stumbles out of the crowd as her hands remain down at her sides and tighten into fists as she tilts her head downward slightly and begins to stare at the obnoxious orkish man, as if she were possibly quite angry with the man already for some reason or another as if it were possibly her way to prepare herself mentally for the fight. "Your punk-ass ready?!" she practically yells at the man quite loudly to be heard by him over the crowd as she smoothly lifts her fists up infront of herself as she takes a single, rather small step forward with her right leg as she essentially moves to take a southpaw stance and directs most of her weight back toward her nearly straightened rear leg and essentially balances herself onto her toes. The knuckles of her fists are held in line with her eyebrows as she leaves her left hand rather close to her face with her leading hand extending outward slightly, as if she were possibly expecting to fight the man immediately as she is acknowledged as all of her attention seems to have completely focused onto him.

The golden tusked ork continues his roar. ROAR! He charges down towards his opponent with a meaty fist cocked back and ready to explode like teen angst at a concert. As the gap closes he swings and… well it doesnt turn out how he planned.
As she is essentially charged by the man, Anjali's upper body begins to lean forward very slightly as her lead fist begins to pull back slightly to herself, essentially 'closing' her stance, in a sense. Noticing the man's fist pulled back, basically telegraphing where his fist is going to strike her, she moves her leading fist upward slightly as she bends her elbow back considerably as her forearm makes contact with his, stopping the blow to her head before she brings her other fist forward very quickly as she rotates her hips and turns into her punch directed toward the bottom of the man's nose, though one of her knuckles manages to accidentally make contact with one of his golden tusks during the impact as she essentially follows through with the simple attack.
And just like that, the man is out. He is down and it does not look like he is getting up. A man in a white jacket comes out to check on him to make sure his neck didn't just get snapped in half before he is dragged out. The crowd begins to disperse— collecting any won bets before Anj gets a text: Congradulations. You advance to the next fight.
Anjali very quickly retracts her fist back to her rather open stance as they remain raised quite a bit, even after she had essentially floored her opponent. The heel of her leading foot raises slightly from the ground beneath herself for some reason or another as she watches the man simply lie on the floor after she had clocked him. After a rather short moment, noticing that he likely isn't going to get up, and after the man in the white jacket arrives to the scene, she rather slowly lowers her fists down infront of her chest as she essentially relaxes and straightens herself up quite a bit before she completely lowers her hands down to her sides again. She turns her head to look around herself for a rather quick moment before she moves one of her hands over and reaches into one of the tiny pockets of her hoodie as she pulls out her pocket secretary and begins to examine it without a word, smiling a bit after she had recieved her congratulations before she simply slides the thin, silver object back down into her pocket and turns herself around and begins to head toward her car again.
