Log:Booty Pirates
GM:Whiskey Slim
Players: Alice and Whiskey Slim.
Synopsis: Alice and Whiskey Slim save street people and a girl from the savage embrace of the Booty Pirates a gang of theives and rapists.

THE LOG:
Eight men dressed in dirty torn clothes and smelling of booze and stale sweat come running into the yard from the back alley; they seem to be carrying everything that they own. One of them is even pushing a shopping cart. All of the men look very afraid. On closer inspection two of the men might be women but you are not sure under all that heavy clothing.
Whiskey comes running up the alley behind them looking over his shoulder. A van comes screaming into the alley behind them. Whiskey stops looking over his shoulder and runs for the yard at a dead sprint. The van accelerates
Alice was chilling out here, actually painted up and looking wicked, and she was listening to something with her transducer hooked to her phone, but then she glances up from the haze of the Matrix-fed entertainment to see the people coming this way. She frowns, gets up on the picnic table to look over the fence and then realizes that a van is coming this way. She shouts, "WHAT THE FUCK?" and then sprints off the table and runs toward where the edge of the fence is while reaching in under her saints jacket. She makes sure not to let any of the cross dressers or the alcoholic loving men touch her on the way!

Whiskey hits the gate fast and hard behind the herd of bums. The van slides to a stop spraying ice and snow everywhere there are four guys and a girl in the van. The black van has a big skull and cross bones painted on the side of it. The side door slides open as …umm pirates…jump out of the van. The one in the lead screams "Get 'em me hartys chase dem Brits down and we will keel haul them" The strange gang of thinks we are in a pirate movie are all carrying sabers and pistols.
Alice decides to try to do something that is really stupid, but this is how she rolls. She watches the pirates spilling out of the van and then pulls out what looks like a gun that not just any ordinary person caries. It is a Desert Eagle .50… Sprinting out of her hiding place to be in the middle of the gate while facing the van and its 5 people, Alice probably swaps spots where Whiskey Slim had just been. She levels her gun at them and then says, "Get your little balled selves back in there and run for your lives!" It is very juggalo style, a very 'wicked clowns will never die' type move. And yes, she grins like the joker from Batman!

An ork slides out of the passanger seat and yells from the other side of the van "Avast, ye silly harlaquin, you would be well to lay down your arms and give up THE BOOTY." The orc says making a hip thrusting gesture. Crazy orc guy even has an eye patch these guys must have used one to many pirate BTLs "No little breeder escapes Cap'n Crook!"
Three of the five "pirates" start advancing towards the gate. Cap'n Crook eases out a big cannon looking thing out of the van, and the last pirate grabs two grenades and she screams "Bombing Betty always gets her man so you better get back here before I tie you to the mast trog boy
Whiskey Slim is herding the bums into the store yells over his shoulder "For da las time Betty me is no goin sleep with ju, der is no enough butter in da world to take care of ju crabs."
Alice takes in everything before smirking off to the left side and then pointing her smartlinked interfaced weapon toward the woman with the crabs, and then… even though her eyes are cybernetic, they begin to turn red with ANGER. "Sleep with Slim?!" She howls and then fires off a loud BANG of a shot!

Cap'n Crook pulls out his "cannon" which is actually a shotgun and watches the goings on, no use in getting involved just yet not with all his lackeys in the way. So he just waves his cutlass around and screams "Get 'em boys we need us some BOOTY!"

Alice has great aim, thanks to all the alphaware inside of her that makes up the smartlink two system. The image link provides the targetting on the grenade in question, and although the woman tries to move, Alice's aim is dead on. And, then the hand explodes as the grenade is slugged by 50 cal. Roaring, Alice tells them all, "WHO IS NEXT?" as creepily as she can!

Alice finishes blowing off Betty's hand at the wrist, but Alice has enough combat sense to her to be ready for incoming attacks. Someone tries to get her with a saber, but Alice ducks just as the blade goes singing past her head and then she does a break-dance move, twirling around and then tripping homeboy up with a massive smash to his ankle. She makes sure not to mash her gun hand down on the ground, using just her free hand for stability while performing the attack, then once the guy is down, she springs back up and finishes him off with a kick to the side of the face while he is down!

Whiskey catches the saber with his tomahawk then turns and steps into his attacker zipping the blade around and burying the tomahawk in pirate shoulder. Blood spurts from a vicious wound as the second pirate steps back and away from the dastardly duo that is Alice and Whiskey Slim. About that time is when Whiskey notices the first pirate he hit with his tomahawk is pointing a pistol at his head "All ways got to get em in the head" he says as he pulls the trigger.

The bullet clangs off the magical protection that Whiskey has surrounding him. Frag he really wishes that people would stop shooting him in the head it totally fucks up his hair.
The grenade explodes out in the alley by the van with a whoop. All the glass gets knocked out of the vans windows as the grenade blast rocks the van a little to the right. Cap'n Crook yells "Blast you, you sank my battleship" not caring anymore he fires two rounds one at Whiskey and one at Alice.

Alice shrieks as Capn makes the motions of swinging his cannon toward her pretty face, and she quickly brings her arms up, blocking herself with kevlar and turning just barely. She wants to dodge, but it is a shottie, and there is no real doing that, just soaking for broke. The shards of shot slide into her armor, stopping most of the problem, but it shreds some of it up. "OH HELL NO!"

Well, when Capn got hit in the solar plexus before, it did nothing, and then Alice whirls around in a dancing fashion, trying to batter him again with more flippy dippy moves, kicking out with steel toed feet, but his armor is awesome and he is awesome… and thus, he is not affected one bit! Demoralized, Alice pulls back!

Whiskey feints and then whipping around catches the pirate still in melee with him right in the knee. Somehow you think this pirate will probably not be dancing to you ho ho and a bottle of rum anymore. There is a sickening tearing sound and down goes the pirate to Davey Jones locker well more like backwards into the snow splashing bright red blood over the pristine white snow.
Cap'n Crook slides back into a defensive pose and digs out a grenade from his pirate sash. Then winking his good eye at Alice he tosses the grenade into the snow between them "Well lass, this kiss will leave you wanting more me thinks. Alas that you do not want to give in to the BOOTY PIRATES" he turns and runs behind the smoldering shipwreck of the gangs van.

Alice watches him run, and she moves toward the hole in the snow where the grenade was dropped. She makes a football kick, trying to send the thing away from them all. "COWARDS!" She yells after them. But… will it go off just as she kicks it? Or, will it sail?!

Alice watches. She should have learned from one of her recent runs about grenades and such things, but she was inside a building at the time… Well, when the flash bang goes off, she reaches up her hands and tries to cover up her eyes, busting herself in the face with the side of her own gun, "OH MY GOD, MY EYES!!!" She screams as if it really hurt her!
The flare goes off blinding everyone in alley a triple image of Cap'n Crook the Booty Pirate zig zags back and forth across you vision as he flees down the alley leaving most of his crew bleeding all over the snow will he live to pillage another day?
Alice yelps and screams, falling down and rolling around in the snow and making an indention there. She finally settles down and then just lays there in a groaning misery. "I can't see a damn thing!" she whines!
Whiskey stumbles out into the …fence *Coyote what da hell ju go an put dat der for…dis is all ju fault…well how was me pose to know dat she haf one of does tings…she should not haf been bein mean to da alley guys…me haf no idea why she want to stick that there…hey what ju an Alice do is between ju an Alice…* Whiskey gets tired of trying to figure out where stuff is and just sits down leaning up against the fence "Alice ju all righ, me can't see crap, Why der little sun happen in alley?"
Alice tries to prepare herself in case there is anyone who comes up to take advantage of her having no eyesight. She keeps her ears tuned into things and her gun is held in a death grip. It takes time, but eventually she will recover from the shock. For now, though, she just starts to cry and says, "He, he threw a flashbang grenade." she groans lowly.
Whiskey pats around on the ground looking for Alice with his hands in the snow. Not able to really see anything whiskey sniffs around and tries to listen but the ringing in his ears makes that difficult too. "Frag dis suck me gots to get some sunglasses or somfin" Whiskey yells as he crawls around in the alley till he finds Alice in the snow and the muck.
Alice was pretty loud, so finding her is not a problem. The snow is probably melting a little bit under her laying on it. Alice will be found, laying there, still. She chambers a round in the deagle, but cause it is whiskey's voice, decides not to shoot him. She says quietly, "Ugh… is… everyone ok… well, besides being blind?"
One of the braver homeless guys peeks his head out from inside of Jaya's and hollars "Holy crap guys, Slim and that elf girl fraging tore those booty pirates up bet they think different about messing with people now that they got some of their own medicine. ALL HAIL THE GREAT COYOTE FINDER OF LIFE GIVING WATER, HOLY COYOTE, FINDER OF BOOZE, PRAY FOR US. AHO MATA KASI " not noticing in the least that Whiskey and Alice are blind in the alley.
Whiskey helps pull Alice to her feet and starts stumbling back towards Jaya's except with his equilibrium off he stumbles into the van. Smashing hard into the side of it he notices there seems to be stuff in the back of the van, possibly a person under some blankets in the back. If it is it is not moving.
"Saying, Aho mata kasi: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and might, be unto Coyote forever and ever. Aho mata kasi" Says another one of the homeless men as he steps out into the backyard joining his friend.
The blanket moves and there is a whimpering sound coming from underneath the cover. Whiskey reaches through the broken window knocking glass out of the way to pick up the edge of the blanket pulling it back slightly you can see what might have been an attractive young girl at one time. Her face is swollen and covered in blood and bruises. A ball gag has been shoved in her mouth and her wrists have been tied with cable under the back seat of the van. Pulling the blanket back a little farther shows that blood and bruises are pretty much all she is wearing except for some scraps of clothing that are torn and covered in blood. Whiskey drops the blanket back into place *What does pirates do to dis gurl Coyote…me no sure dat dem is even human* He leans up against the van and slides down the side of it to sit in the snow "Ju may no want to look in der Alice" he says as he drags himself back to his feet.
"Holy Alice, Mother Trickster, Pray for us sinners, Now and at the hour of our doom. Aho Mata kasi say one of the women that was initially mistaked for a man because of the numerous layers of clothing and coats she is wearing. Aho Mata kasi she says falling to her knees in the snow.
«OOC» Alice flexes her fingers and gets to making some awesome.
Alice blinks a few times after Slim bumps into the van, and then vision is now returned. Hazy. Alice shakes her head and then peeks at the blurry window before her brain finally catches up with her cybereyes. Then, things clear up. Watching with a slightly raised eyebrow, Alice does look, despite the warning that she should not, and she gasps softly. "Oh my…" A low growl emits from the wicked clown for some reason, and then like a flash, she is dashing to get into the van through the sliding door, going to the woman. Is she still alive? Cyberears are used to try to determine if there is a pulse in the bruised lady, as Alice pulls the blanket off of her. She speaks clearly, "It's ok, I'm not here to hurt you… I want to get you free."
The girl is bruised and bleeding all over but she is alive. Blood oozes from her face where it looks like she has been beaten, her wrists where they are tied with wire cable and from numerous scrapes and lacerations on her lower body. The blanket sticks to her body in spots where the blood had clotted and now with it being pulled off the girl starts bleeding again. At the very least she has been brutally beaten laying there naked and whimpering there are doubts in your mind that a beating was all she got.

Alice has no time for flashbacks. She must stay sane and not go crazy, and so she tosses the dirty blanket aside before moving to take the supplies that Whiskey Slim hands her. "I don't know." is what Alice says, in a very very extra-quiet way. She is not quite herself right now. Quiet and humbled? Moving deftly with some precision, Alice kneels and then sets the supplies next to her before ungagging the girl carefully. She then moves to try to get the wrists undone, but the cabling proves to be bothersome. However, Alice is quite prepared for such things, and she reaches into her jacket and pulls out some wire clippers and then sets to unbinding her by snipping the cable in twain. "I don't know." Alice repeats, but seems quite eager to get the woman free, firstly.

Blood and spit flow freely from the girls mouth as the gag is removed, a low moan follows. When free of her wrist bindings the girl just lays there bleeding little foamy blood bubbles forming on her mouth indicating that she has punctured a lung, hopefully the lung will not collapse.
Whiskey watches as Alice works. He starts humming something under his breath that sounds like a song. *Wha ju tink Coyote?..maybe it gurl time to go?..we sing her to her ancestors?..Well let see wha grandfadder haf ta say?* the song Whiskey has been humming changes slightly.
Alice can hear quite clearly, what with her super hearing cyberears, and she grumbles, "No we aren't sending her off just yet!" And then she busts out some of her own magic, the kind that she used to try to help Whiskey Slim from going to visit the Great Spirit so soon. Will it work on the girl? Hopefully. First, a savior advanced medkit supply packet gets its contents injected into the blood stream and Alice talks to the medkit, which talks back to her, and she tries to direct the nanites in the solution she just administered to go to the lung area and attempt to reinforce it and clear out fluids. "Woman." says Alice, in a somewhat commanding way, "Focus on staying alive. You can do it!"

As asked Whiskey wiggles his nose and his eyes go a little feral for a second then the world seems just a little closer to god since cleanliness is next to godliness or in this case Coyoteness.
Alice feels a little better after that happens and then says, "Now look at her on the astral plane and tell me what you think needs attention first… cause, well, it is faster than the medkit nanites or my own poking about her flesh." Breathing out slowly, Alice just throws junk down after its use, not caring if it is making the van a mess, as long as no stray items are touching the girl.

"People are going to die, for this." Well, some people already died, but the one she wanted to pwn got away. Now, she wishes she had shot him with the deagle in his face, rather than doing melee. It would have served him right. But, Alice strays away from vengeful thoughts. What this girl needs now is some TLC and Alice to focus on her medical work. She sets the nanites to get into the proper locations and tells the medkit to make sure it has them fuse the bone back to where it should be, rather than floating and broken. They respond, and then Alice looks over to Mica and says, "Ok, now she needs… your healing touch." There is a bit of a crazy look to Alice, but she just… twitches, and does nothing bad.
Alice has made sure to apply pain killers!
"Me call healin spirit an make some good mojo fo girl" Whiskey starts humming in Sioux and waves his hands over the girl they look really hairy for a second then it is gone. As his hands pass back and forth over the girl it is almost like smoke escapes from her wounds and the scent of sage hangs heavy in the air then as quick as you thought you could smell it it is gone.

Alice leans back and watches while twitching a little bit but does not freak out. Yay! She packs up her medkit, looking between the girl and then to Whiskey Slim and then back, back and forth!
Whiskey sits back on his heels and blinks a couple of times then says "Dat is all me an Coyote can do Grandfadder is no can help no more da rest she haf do on her own. The worst of the injuries are healed but it might be awhile before the girl is good as new. It looks like where the wire was wraped around her wrists it will scar even with the magic healing.
Alice scans the van for a moment before looking again to the girl and then going to try to pick her up, but carefully. Holding her close, she then says up to Mica, "Going to run into the shop… and find a place for her, ok?"
The van has a couple of crates marked with some logo of a radio manufacture in the back of it along with a lot of blood and blankets that are drenched. Whiskey starts pushing through the herd of homeless people who paw at both of them as they pass through towards the door. "Where we goin to put da lady Alice?" Whiskey says holding the door open "Ju want to put her downstairs or ju want to put her upstairs or ju wanta put her in lodge?" Whiskey pats one of the homeless people on the head "Ju be all right, we take care of gurl right now ju stay here we see ju later."
Alice cuddles injured-girl close to an ample bosom, cause Alice is fit, and she lithes out of the van. She makes a few creepy faces at those who might end up accidentally touching the girl, staying close behind Whiskey Slim and hoping no one jostles the hurt girl too much. "Careful! Back, back I say!" she commands aloud, "You can paw me when I'm not carrying a hurt little lady, mkay?!" Well, she considers what she just said. Maybe, that was not the best thing to offer up, but she will deal with the consequences later! She steps into the open door held by her compadre, "Lodge? Maybe? I will be painting up in there sometime!"

Ushering Alice inside Whiskey digs around inside his satchel till he finds some change and script that he hustled up that day and hands it out to the homeless guys along with some tinfoil wraped sandwiches. The homeless guys move back away from Alice and hang out around the fire pit in the back yard still kind of eyeing the van and the alley to see if those pirates are coming back. The door slides shut behind them as they move inside and up into the apartment.
Alice feels guilty already for being creepy clown chick, but she has a very specific mission! That is to find a place for the young lady to rest now. Heading upstairs, Alice pauses just short of where the warding would be on the astral plane. "She's not astrally perceiving or anything, is she? I do not want to shove her through the astral barrier… and make her uncomfortable."
Not quiet paying attention as he finishes handing out stuff to the homeless guys and feeling really good about saving them and the girl from the Evil Booty Pirates Whiskey runs right into Alice shoving her over the ward "Oh der ju is Alice, um who is astral perceivin, um me was astral perceiven but we fix girl now we put girl to sleepy den we can go astral chase da Booty Pirate guy den we can finish dis ting so no more girls or homeless guys get tied up and stuck in back of dat guys van.

Alice grits her teeth but sees there is no resistance to them as they stumble through the lodge barrier. Oddly, running into Alice is like running into and knocking over a cinder block. Flipping over like a cat, Alice lands with a smash on her back and the girl held on top of her, safe from any damage. "OWCH" she says… the beginning of the sound rather loud before going down into a gravelly sound like ET would do. She huffs, closing her eyes. "I've fallen and cannot get up."

Whiskey trips over Alice and goes sprawling over the top of her and attempts to um yeah right <BLAM> right into the floor his feelings of being Mr. Cool and helpful going right out the window as he slams into the ground just barely catching himself on his hands and knees rather than taking the floor to his face. *COYOTE WILL JU TOP GETTIN IN DA WAY* Whiskey crys trying to get up and not injure Alice or the girl "Hold on second Alice…um me get ju up."
Alice hears it coming, and she puts up at least one arm and a knee to shield the girl and possibly jabs poor Whiskey in his guts, but is a big girl and on a mission! She makes sure that no one nudges the girl while the rest of them are all dying in their own fire (metaphorical). "Arg…" Alice says, almost as if she were a pirate, but actually making a real sound. Alice says "Whatever you do, don't walk into the light. It's a trap!"
Scrambling over Alice, Whiskey drags himself back to his feet after taking a couple of shots to the ribs. "Umrph" Whiskey pushes himself back to his feet "Here Alice" Whiskey says reaching down with both hands. *Coyote ju stay outa da way, let me get Alice an da gurl up jeeze, will ju stay down before me sell ju to da Booty Pirates radder den hunt dem down an make dem stop being bad?" Whiskey waves both of his hands around like he either wants Alice to give him her hands or hand him the girl.
Alice groans, feeling broken! She does what she can with last effort and gives up the girl to Mica. "Take… take her. Careful." she says. Only if the girl is taken and out of her hands, will Alice wave once before letting her arms flop to the floor. Content to wait out the pain and for Whiskey Slim to return for her, maybe. If she does not find motivation before then to get up.
Whiskey takes the girl from Alice and shifts her to one arm holding her like a baby then offers his other hand to Alice to help her up off the ground. "Dis is bad place fo s'eepin Alice we gets ju up." Whiskey says as he looks around expectantly like someone is going to trip him again.
Like anyone who has just fallen, Alice seems reluctant to get up, but reaches up a hand and takes the one from Mica. She uses his support to help hoist herself up. She groans, not feeling so good, but trudges onwards. Probably, Alice is still clinging to his hand, unless he makes her not do that.
Whiskey leads Alice up the stairs holding her hand and carrying the other girl with one arm looking like something of a fatherly figure carrying his little girls to bed. "Ju gurls is tired from long day playin we take nappy time den we play mo later."
Alice groans some, "I need a chiropractor." but only says that much before they find somewhere she can let go and sink down into warm rugs. Which, she will totally do. Then, wriggle out of some of her armor bits, shoving them aside. She leaves enough room if Mica wants to put the girlie down next to Alice.
Lowering himself to one knee, Whiskey eases the girl to the floor. The girl moans a little as Whiskey sets her down. "Ju want me pop ju?" Whiskey says looking over at Alice as he arranges the girl, pillows and a blankets on the floor. "Ju probably haf concusion from dat flash bang" He nods sagely like this is the obvious answer not having anything to do with being tripped by Coyote and falling on her or anything like that…
Alice stops whining and then snaps her eyes to the girl after her moan and looks really worried. All facial features are enhanced by the fact that Alice wears her crazy clown makeup. "Uh, I don't know yet. I think I need to just, just rest… What about the people outside? Will you check on them? Are you okay?"
"Me is jus fine, Coyote trip me all time, him like dat, ju know." Whiskey says as he tucks in the girl. "Yeah ju rest an me will go talk to da bums outside and see bout find where da ass clowns wen to" Whiskey pushes himself up off the floor *come on Coyote ju leave gurls lone for minute." Whiskey heads off downstairs to see what information he can gather from the the bums and the van.

Whiskey and Alice after discussing this decide that they probably need to get some friends to help them take care of Captn Crook and his Booty Pirates.
