Racial Modifications
Trolls and Dwarves both suffer certain drawbacks on ordering supplies due to their size and shape.

Trolls must pay an extra 25 percent to the cost of items, and dwarves must pay an extra 10 percent to the price of the item.

Items not so modified will add Target Number penalties for their use. Some items, such as the Mortimer of London line of coats, are meta-friendly and do not incur this price change.
