Food is barely available anymore, the fights over resources, lasting for the greater part of a week now, has led to a further depletion as some of those resources (food, water, shelter) have suffered from the fighting over them. Even the nations neigbours have started to aid the people of Ute now, which leads to strange scenes with the stalemate in the sovereign council still being unbroken. Food is delivered to the borders by many, only the Tir, the Californians and the PCC are not assisting. The Tir, being unable to do so, the Californians as they still remember too sharply the attack of the Ute into their weak flank in their time of need. The worst is, that the mutual hate between Ute and PCC has never been at higher levels than now. The hatemongers on both sides of that border seem to have won. Those who can afford it have long fled the country, foreign citizens have been flown out by their governments, many of those that remain try their best with their own limited means to leave. But the borders are much closer watched now. Which is also disrupting many smuggling routes across all of north america. The borders are in unrest as unorganized groups of refugees break past all borders. Some ending bad, some well. Chaos is spreading.
