The people, many of which are directly affected due to closed up governmental institutions ranging from daycare over schools and universities down to outright crippling things like permits, both for personal effect and companies needs. Riots have so far been quickly suppressed, but the pressure is rising in a nation that is not too wealthy anyway. Emotions are slowly flaring up and are more and more directed against the other tribal nations that seem to be so unwilling ot help their brothers in a time of need. Especially the Pueblo Corporate Councils refusals are, fuelled by past misgivings about territorial claims in the south of the country. Today for the first time larger groups in several cities have started riots. Barely kept in check, by the more and more disgruntled Security Force of the country. Things are also starting to affect Denvers Ute Sector, as Sandy Creek Security Services, not paid as well during the shutdown is shutting down their services as well. First criminals have started to, hesitantly abuse this. The consequence was that the better off sectors hired their own security from donations throughout the neighbourhoods.
