Tue Jan 31 2072 Chicago. For several days, the city has existed in a curious state that is both here and not here. The long dead returned. Landmarks restored. A city out of time and out of place. All things catch up in the end, and what cannot cannot be. With nearly two thousand UCAS army, DIMR, Atlantian Foundation and MIT&T personnel inside the city, the mana-construct began to destabilize. 1792 of 1923 personnel made it out before the city winked out of existence, leaving a calm, eerie quiet on the shores of Lake Michigan.
