I am offering this for GM's who want to use a characters background. Most of this is OOC information. If your character has no way to know it IC then don't. If I catch someone using this information without IC having had a chance to learn it I will at once sto to RP with that player.
Besides this is, to a degree, work under construction. I will continue to write on her BG as time passes and the character develops.

Cleo grew up in the Warrens. The kid of a BTL addict that died when she still was young. Needing protection in an area where every step can be dangerous she first worked as adopted kid for beggars, then as she grew old enough as hooker. Always using the protection from her partners, later her pimp.
A few years ago she awakened as a Shamanist to the Seductress totem. Since then she was doing more than just having sex for money. She was starting to use her power to better her situation. Using spells on people she didn't want to have sex with (as she knew they where sick or simply perverts) and still get the money for her pimp. Gaining first contacts to improve her magic and get access to 'limited goods'. Like guns.
This is to provide people with an idea what kind of runs Cloe would do or not do and why. Or under what circumstances she might do runs.
Assassination:
Cleo has so far never taken a life. Neither in self defense or as part of a job. She certainly has the ruthlessness for it once she overcomes the initial hurdle of her first blood.
Bodyguard:
Cleo would be a bad choice for a bodyguard mission. For one her totems aptitude to get deviated on the job would make her a bad choice. And she is quite too selfish to sacrifice her own health or life for a client.
Security Duty:
The same goes for security duty. She would simply be too unreliable.
Burglary:
Cleo would be best in a supportive role for this. She lacks skills for the breaking in parts, but she certainly might be able to find her way in with social engineering
Courier Run:
Cleo also lacks the willingness to run around for someone to fetch and drag around. She might do it if the payment was good enough, but she certainly would not have her heart in it.
Distraction:
Due to the fact that these kinds of runs tend to place you in quite some personal danger, with a few exceptions, would be quite oposed to this kind of work. She clearly values her life much too much for a distraction run.
Destruction:
Cleo would not mind helping with blowing up stuff. She lacks the skills to do the actual demolitions, but she sure would be willing to help getting past guards in any way needed.
Enforcement:
Enforcing might be on her line, if she had a partner to work with. Her being the tongue, the other the muscle.
Extraction:
Cleo is not caring too much for others, even less other strangers. If someone pays her to be part of an extraction team and the payment is good, then she certainly is going to do it.
Investigation:
Cleo might be able to pull this off, but so far she is simply a bit inexperienced in these matters.
Smuggling Run:
Cleo grew up in the Warrens. Supporting a smuggling run is fine with her, but as these runs tend to be more than just a quick border run Cleo will probably have a problem with boredom.
Location:
Cleo knows the Warrens, as she grew up there. She might be able to find someone there. But in other parts of town she is just about to set foot into. Maybe she might be good at this at some time.
