"Bide the Wiccan laws ye must, in perfect love and perfect trust… Mind the Threefold Law ye should - three times bad and three times good… Eight words the Wiccan Rede fulfill - an it harm none, do what ye will."

Appearance

Ceridwen is a dark-haired beauty, standing at just over five feet tall. Her hair is kept long, allowed to flow down her shoulders, framing pretty features - though she doesn't usually bother with makeup, which can make her look unimpressive on the fashionista circuit. Her dark eyes, though, are her most impressive feature. They are strong - stronger than a woman in her mid twenties has any right to be.

She wears a dark jacket, over a simple black t-shirt. There's no muscle on her at all, the girl actually looks like she'd be blown over in a strong breeze. There is usually a silver pentacle around her neck, though. Which says that she has money, and if one knows their pop-culture magic, that she's probably magical.

She rounds the outfit off with khaki pants, and a pair of old, worn leather boots. Usually trying to seem relaxed, no matter where she might happen to be.

Distinguishing Features

Very rarely seen without her pentacle necklace.

Mannerisms and Habits

Ceridwen gives off an air of faint confusion in the city. She rarely seems 'all there'. The City is a new and frightening environment for her, and she is often quite overwhelmed.

Associations

Merryweather Sunshine - A talismonger that Ceridwen counts as maybe her one and only real friend in Denver.
Mabyn - The old village witch of Cwmllynfell. Mabyn mentored Ceridwen, but they have lost contact. Mabyn may be dead…

Background

Ceridwen was born in Cwmllynfell, Wales. A tiny village in a tiny, mostly-forgotten part of the country. Perhaps she would have lived there in obscurity forever if she wasn't so precocious.

Unfortunately, she was. She attracted the attention of certain members of the Green Party for penning letters regarding the intricate details of their published magical theorem. As a result, she was thrust into a world of fear, where her mentor, Mabyn, was scarcely able to keep her safe… and in the end, to save her family and her home, she agreed to do as she was told.

Thankfully, she was able to leverage a friend of Mabyn, and a talent with enchantment, in order to slip away from the village, make it to France, and, eventually, to Denver.

Where she now finds herself, for the first time ever, her own person. No expectations other than those she puts on herself. It is an intoxicating amount of freedom, in a place which could not be more alien to a young woman who grew up amongst farmers and sheep.
