"Now, I am not sure what the name of the Goddess I should make of that…" General Appearance Her face is pale, naturally so, but also a bit enhanced on it with the decent application of makeup. Gray lipstick with black accents covers her lips. A veil is painted on her face in black. Her hair, a tangle of small braids holds a kind of diadem of blackened silver with a green stone in an intricate wire work and horns of some kind of goat. Leather bands and other small cheap pieces of jewelry are woven into the artful mess of braids. A lacy collar surrounds her neck. A rough spun, olive, loose and sleeveless cotton top sits atop a net shirt with quarter length sleeves. Several leather bands affixed to all kinds of small jewelry and a larger Thor’s hammer hang from her neck down into collarbones and the beginnings of her cleavage. The swell of her small breasts shows by widening top and net shirt. She wears black finger-less gloves. Metal and leather armbands with and without beads are wrapped around her wrists. Each arm is circled by a tattooed-on ring of arcane symbols. The top ends a few centimeters atop her navel exposing it to sight through the net shirt. Her shapely legs are mostly visible in her knee length olive skirt, covered in net tights before they disappear into her clunky black leather boots. All in all, a lot of pale skin to see. Distinguishing Features Unknown Mannerisms and Habits She is the classical academic. Schooled in several theoretic topics she is very removed from practical application, though her knowledge and skills might actually be quite useful if properly applied. Associations None known. I will continue to write on her BG as time passes and the character develops. Astrid grew up quite undisturbed. A good law-abiding citizen of Germany until a vision called her over to head to Denver. Having arrived here, she still is looking to find the reason why she was sent here. Plottypes This is to provide people with an idea what kind of runs Astrid would do or not do and why. Or under what circumstances she might do runs. Assassination: Astrid would never willingly engage in wetwork. But she certainly has a tendency to get dragged into things, her nativity sometimes used as leverage to get around her limitations. She would not be able to lured into this using her vision, as she strongly believes that to be sent from the Goddess. Bodyguard: The young witch would not engage in protecting others. But she might want someone to protect her. Security Duty: The only security Astrid would provide is for magical sites or the wounded. Also if she thought it might be part of her vision. Burglary: Burglary might be 'okay', the witch might be wishing to make it for a good cause, but if the need arises, she will not scoff at this. Courier Run: An easy way to make money. Though she would prefer not to fall this far down in 'status'. She is a promoted witch after all. Hoping that her times of needing to earn extra money are over. Distraction: Whatever you say or however careful you are, you will land in this kind of operation. She would not be too happy about it, but would try make the best of the situation if she landed in it. Destruction: Astrid goes by the adage that building is harder to do than destroying. She is very unlikely to destroy anything. She also is much to peaceful usually. Enforcement: Intimidation is a kind of destruction in her eye. She would be quite opposed to this. Extraction: Only if someone was willing to leave where he is, would she assist in that. But this kind of job is quite prone to misinformation. Investigation: Investigating is something she might like. She never has done it, though. But her skill set might be helpful. Smuggling Run: She is new around, not familiar with things. Location: Astrid is new in town. Lacking resources she is currently not too suited to this.
