Ulysses coats are for those whose life requires them to be outdoors in the rain for hours or even days on end. Even more water- and chemical-resistant than the Greatcoat line, these hooded coats exchange the heavy, warm lining for liquid-proof plastiweaves. Ulysses coats decrease by 4 the Power of any chemical or liquid-based attack against them, and also increase the Concealability of any item worn underneath by 50 percent.
