| The channels to get signed up for the tournament run through the trix Shadowlands. Much akin to the setup of the unarmed tournament earlier this month, the rules are somewhat different and what little 'rules' that exist were explained within it. The contestants are signed up through the 'trix and no initial location is given for the first fight. Instead they are notified that they will be sent a GPS location within the Warrens, a time to be there, and an opponent.
Early on a Saturday morning, the respective communits of Vixen and Hardy go off. The text comes from the 'Conductor' and provies everything that was promised: A GPS location, a picture of the opponent, and a time to be there. Against the current time, it only gives the two 20 minutes to arrive there. If punched into a mapsoft or simple trix search, the GPS location is within a derelict building in the Warrens. The old Wal-Mart building, a relic from an era past, that is little more than a shell of it's former self that houses a community of squatters and worse.

This does not stack, so the most you can ever have is the -1 TN as described in SR3. You can not both have the 'Advantage' at the same time, think 'Reach' for Environmental manipulation."

Vixen gears up and drives to the meet, parking a bit aways she makes her way to the building. Melding with shadows and avoiding the light, the woman ninja's her way into the building. She spider walks her way to a pile of crates and crouches there. Scanning the area and waiting for her target to arrive.
Hardy gets his beep in the office of the Big House while doing the payroll. He looks at the beeper and nods, placing it back on his desk and closing the large ledger. Even in this age of technology, the troll prefers to write it out. He pats his jacket and makes sure he has his keys and cigars. The big troll walks out the door of the office and locks it behind him. Making his way through the crowd, he walks out into the Warrens night. Hardy pauses just outside to light a cigar before tossing a leg over his Harley Scorpion and kicking the pig to life. The big engine roars its rage to the night as he hits the accelerator and heads towards the meet.
There is no mistaking the roar of a large bike engine as Hardy arrives. He steps off his bike and scans the immediate area before turning off the bike and sitting against the bike. He puffs on his cigar, the light from the end illuminating his face in the darkness as he waits.
As the contestants "arrive"— there is a local broadcast channel that is opened up for betting. Right now it looks like Air has the advantage, being given 3:1 odds in favor of Vixen. At the very top of the channel is a marque that scrolls text saying the following: Criticalfault's Fixing services - For when you need just the right item to put the Fault right in your opponents Critical!
Given the iconic and audial nature of the dystopian future, a little icon also speaks it to those with ear buds (or speakers) in a multitude of languages.
The channel opening typically denotes that the contest has started, but one of the contestants is not innately visible.

Vixen see's the trog arrive, actually hears him before she see's him. Ruthed in the shadows, she waits for a moment for her opponent and then moves as close as she dares, keeping to the shadows, then her hand goes to the felt bag at her side and she removes a nice sized rock. She grips it hard and then taking silent aim she cocks her arm back and hefts the fist sized granite as hard as she can at the big trogs face that is illuminated momentarily as he puffs on his cigar. The rock is roughly round and about the size of her fist.

Hardy rests against the bike and waits. He is almost about to leave when Nolan Ryan in a stealth cloak decides to go all Fred Flintstone on him. The rock soars through the air to strike him on the shoulder, breaking his cigar in the process. He sighs and looks down at the broken cigar and stands calling out to the darkness. "Fraggin really? Joo gonna frow rocks at a trog from da dark? Whut kina drek is dat…" The big troll shakes his head and as he can still not see his opponent, walks away from the direction the rock flew from to find something to put his back against. He looks around on the ground for a 2x4 and picks it up shouting, "Batta Up den I 'spose…"
Vixen grins a bit behind the shadows. Batter up indeed. The woman inches her way to a new hidey hole. Ruth is a good weapon she thinks, can't hit what you can't see, and she's got this all worked out in her head. Her hand goes again to the felt bag and finding another rock. She knows that ol Hardy won't be surprised this time, but she figures maybe she can make him bleed just a little. This time she aims for the sensitive troll sized kneecap.

Hardy stands tryin his best Babe Ruth impression out for his own amusement if nothing else. He waves the 2x4 in the air, performing a few practice swings to test the weight of the wood. Then again out of the darkness comes a rock, this one thrown low. Hardy swings and misses, the rock hitting him in the knee but not hurting the troll. He growls and grumbles, "Strike One" as he readjusts his stance and continues to look around the area for the pitcher.
Finding himself way too amusing apparently, Hardy picks up the rock and bats it back towards the darkness, cheering for his hit.

Vixen sneaks closer to the Trog, creeping like a silent ghost to his blindside, as he starts to walk towards his bike, and then she pumps up the volume and kicks into the ground, knifing through the air and jackhammers her booted feet into the trogs skull. KERBLAM! She rolls and unruths standing casually with her head tilted to the side and the woman grins playfully at the trog, "Tag. You're it!"
Hardy almost makes it to his bike as something flashes out of the darkness and smacks him in the face HARD. The big trogs head snaps back and he staggers a bit from the impact. He shakes his head and turns towards Vixen, a large smile crossing his tusk filled face. "Aight chica, dere joo are..lets play den…"

Hardy backs away from the kicking machine, looking like a one woman chorus line. He backs into a wall and sights an openinng, swinging his big fist in a backhand. He misses the elusive female and frowns.
Vixen grabs the trog's swinging arm in the crook of her elbow and then using his forward momentum she hefts him over her shoulder and with a gutteral sound that would make Bruce Lee proud she tosses him into some nearby shelving. The crash is deafening and the woman grins and say's, "You make a pretty good weapon. Can I pack you around all the time."

Vixen waits for Hardy to get to his feet as he crashes into the shelves and then doesn't hesitate before sending him right back. A spinning kick to the chest that literally feels like the kick of a mule sends him flying back into the damaged shelving. Boxes cascade down around him. She pauses to see if he gets up or stays down for the count.
Hardy stands after the throw, just in time to see a combat boot flying towards his chest. He flies back into the shelves and is showered with debris as darkness enfolds the troll.
